The 2009 Colondar is Now Available from UOAA

5 years of colon cancer awareness

As a sponsor of the Colon Club’s 2009 Colondar, UOAA has received 500 copies of the Colondar to distribute, with the proceeds benefiting UOAA and its programs that help affiliated support groups and their members. Please consider supporting UOAA by ordering one or more. It’s a great way to celebrate another year of the renewed life your ostomy has given you.

Or, think about getting one for a support group leader or helper, to say “Thanks” – or for a friend or relative who needs some convincing to get that colonoscopy. The models all reinforce the message that colon cancer is treatable and beatable, but you have to find it first.

This year’s Colondar celebrates 5 years of promoting awareness of colon cancer among the non-traditional under-50 age group. It uses a subdued color palette, and has larger squares for enhanced calendar functionality.

Cost is $15.00 apiece. No charge for shipping & handling.
